Bordeaux is the vineyard of the largest appellation wines in France. Located in the South West along the Atlantic, it is crossed by the Garonne and the Dordogne and has an oceanic climate and temperate. The richness, quality and diversity of these wines are based on the typicality of terroirs, the experience of men and the art of assembly. The tide, rising from the two rivers, brings to the wine very specific characteristics. Better served at 16°. Food Pairing: roasted red meat, cheese.
The wine has a dark, black color. The nose is deep, fine : we smell a lot of maturity in the fruit (blackberry, black cherry). The toasted notes (coffee) complicate the whole by bringing softness. The mouth is voluminous, fleshy with firm but relatively silky tannins. Last very long in the mouth.
